I first went there because nina reached out to me while i was visiting their website yes theres actually a real person on the chat box

So we went through the customization process in which i shared some other designs i liked from different companies and ned sent me a computer rendering that fit the description i gave

I then made some edits and changes to the rendering with just some notes and ned had the final ring ready for pickup only about 2 weeks later
