Pros

Seven weeks post op i finally feel this ab board is brilliant. Amazing for tt and lipo recovery. It really helps a lot with the swallowing.

Uses to aid in accelerating the waist training. Does not irritate skin, doesn't hold sweat after wear. Helps you not get a * cris going down your stomach.

Cons

The padding is too minimal and this makes it very uncomfortable. It’s not for people with short torso. Do yourself a favor and purchase foam pads they serve the same purpose.
