When the my pillow arrived i thought my husband would not like it at all as it was very flat but once we followed the directions and placed it in the dryer for 10 minutes it fluffed up considerably

I require a firm pillow for neck support and this pillow just wasnt enough

You have to put them in the dryer on high heat for 15 to 20 minutes after you remove them from the package

The pillow fluffs up alot when put in the dryer
