The mutter museum in philadelphia is a fantastic display of medical history developed in the second half the nineteenth century. This book includes everything that is there plus more. Great souvenir of an incredible (but crowded) philadelphia museum.
Cons
This book is not pictures of the most famous things in the mutter museum. Frankly, this book is overpriced and just does not have much substance. I know ink is very expensive, but this was ridiculous.

Actually for me its exactly the opposite the photos indeed have medical purposes and you can see that they were made not to fulfill someones desires but to study and heal the diseases
