I wasnt really expecting christmas miracles when i bought this i thought that i would feel some kind of energy boost after maybe a month or two months and i have taken a mushroom complex before and it has little to no effect in regards to energy levels

I wouldnt say it was life changing but considering i was feeling on a scale of 1 to 10 fatigue wise i was sitting at about a 4 when i first woke up
