Pros

This is most effective way to ordain high levels of vitamins that may be needed, but document any changes, symptoms etc. Also how many know it's deadly poisonous to take both together. One tablet is most convenient.

Cons

Those are the only days i smell this funk. I believe they've already started oxidizing by the time they've arrived to your home.

This vitamin makes my pee orange and gives me diarrhea every time i take it. My coworker also takes these and has the same issue. Everytime i take these, it leaves a weird metallic taste/sensation for hours that i can feel everytime i would breathe.
