Pros

Mixes seamlessly with water, no clumps, and zero taste. Comes with a scoop that portions it out for you easily. I mix it into a shake everyday and it seems to give me abit more energy throughout the day.

Cons

Water bottle looks like a snowglobe when i shake it because of the clumping of the creatine. No flavour, and this makes you constipated. They end up with a chalky, heavy mixture that is honestly extremely unpleasant to drink.

L-carnitine makes you sleepy and causes headaches. Caused constipation in my stomach one week after using this product. Also gave me diarrhea within 10 to 15 minutes.

This is super concerning. Not at all. At all. Other wise, look elsewhere.
