Pros
One last nit-picky complaint. Ordered vanilla birthday cake to blend in oatmeal and add various fruit. Usually, a mostly casein protein tastes pretty delicious.
The opening powder * is real, ostensibly because of the casein. The bag and zip lock are sturdy so far.
This protein shake helps me with doing it. It was gentle on my gut and during this diet cycle i not only lost weight and fat, i seem to have gained a little muscle.
Cons
One serving has 26g of protein for only 150 kcals. Tried one scoop and had to gag it down. Doesn't mix well in a shaker.
The flavor is bad, the shake comes out chunky, and i honestly feel hella disappointed. Flavour is too sweet for me and concerning for fast sugar contents. Flavor is ok if you can get past all the chunks in it.
Recent batch is terrible. Have had comparably much better flavoring in other protein powders. Stay away from it, waste of money.

If you need alot of protein which if your building muscle you do because to optimize muscle growth you need around 1glb of body weight and its hard to get all that with a lean source unless you dont care about gaining fat as well then in bulk is the way to do it
