Pros

It's a great tasting product smooth and delicious. Great flavor and a warming sensation after. Carnivore is good on price and i feel fantastic.

I tend to perform better when my stomach is not full. This stuff definitely helps fill the void and gives me energy during an intermediate fast without muscle loss. No issues with my stomach. No bloated feeling or nausea when i take it.

Not chalky like most popular and brand name protein powders.

The main ingredient for shredding is caffeine which is a lot more than normal. Comes with a really good serving amount to last awhile. Made with a ninja blender.

Cons

It's like drinking lightly flavored water. Includes anti-foaming agents (a lot of it), and notably paraffin. I say it's a gimmick, but it does actually contain some natural substances.

Mixes very well with the helimix shaker cup i bought through amazon that doesn’t have a screen nor ball

Been using now for the last 2 months with the strict diet and working out love the results will continue to use

So a bit of inconvenience with the mixability workaround but not a deal breaker for me

Price

Mixability is poor and also why i rate 4 stars rather than 5

Its certainly an acquired taste but definitely worth the price
