The handles are sturdy and the blade is very sharp. The two handled grip is far, far safer than using two hands on a big chef's knife or slicer.

For the price this item is fantastic. You will not be disappointed. Would definitely recommend.

Was all that we expected and more very sturdy and made well

The blade seems durable and thin enough that i can get perfect slices for my bars of soap

Having a long blade and having handles on each end makes it a snap to slice the fudge into one inch squares

I used this to cut up a 24lb block of soap in about 3 minutes flat instead of 20 minutes hacking it apart with a dough scraper

For the price this item is fantastic

And at the price it is an exceptional value

It seemed an expensive purchase to just cut the blocks of cheese but due to amazons return policy i knew if i was unhappy i could return it

I always wanted a double handled knife but didnt want to pay an arm and leg in price

Arrived on time with no damage to the shipping carton or the knife

It arrived yesterday and it took me not even 5 minutes to chop up a box of soap

Packaging/appearance

Came packaged securely and i will never go back to a regular soap knife again

I have kept the packaging to store the knife when i am not using it

Came in a huge box but it is perfect to cut my soaps

This one has black handles which i prefer to the easilystained white handles on many brands of restaurant knives
