Pros & Cons

Pros

Easy to use and affordable. I love the simplicity and how it encourages new skill sets like pouring and capturing water.

I have a 1 yr old and a 4yr old and both love these cups. We have them stacked 1 over the other. My son is 2 and loves to have all three set up so they feed into each other.

Even without water the spinning function of the ball and fan is enough to entertain child. Easy to clean, no areas for mildew and mold to grow. This keeps our baby entertained while we're washing her.

Cons

Boon is so much better for investing in a suction cup that actually works. We have smooth tiles (glossy) with a very slight texture, and the suction cups do not work. They're just too thick to mold to the tile.

The painted eyes rub off, which is fundamentally unacceptable to me. My toddler gets pretty frustrated because it will only stick until he puts water in it.

The purple spinner doesn't spin when water is poured into the green cup. Maybe its defective. My sis in law has the same problem.
