Pros

The taste is overwhelming anise, so if you don't like that black licorice taste, then you may not like it. It’s not super peppermints, just a hint of it more in the after taste. I can add some additional hibiscus and it's fine.

Not jittery energy, but healthy clean feeling energy. It helps when i'm craving something sweet, i just add a packet off stevia and it tastes really good!

This tea is safe to drink while breastfeeding. It really helps with constipation issues. It is highly effective for losing weight (fat) and getting back to your pre-baby body.

Cons

The idea behind it is to make you produce more milk, which in turn burns more calories. It has a laxative effect on, and that's an unhealthy way to go about losing weight. Eating fruits and veggies, exercise little.
