I can honestly say that as someone who hates exercising i love this bike so far

Excellent exercise bike

It’s quiet and because it has a back to the seat i can watch tv or browse my phone for a casual ride

Or if i want to step it up i sit up and use the resistance bands while riding for a whole body workout
