Pros & Cons
Pros
Easy and quick sharpening. Great for sharpening small items. Works well not only in knives but also blunt scissors that were destined for the bin. Only critisism is that the bottom end that stays in the handle is plain steel.
As a chef, i find it convenient to bring back and forth to work. I have bought several so far and have them stached everywhere around the house.
Cons
The only convenience is that it's thin like pen and can access succater to sharpen the inner part of the blade. Spent ages trying to get a sharp edge but absolutely useless.
