A little effort to swish down but so worth it. It's a torch bigger but not as extreme as many of the reviews make it. The only thing missing for me is the iron but overall i have no complaints and have had more energy.
I have them stored in room temp and i divvy them up into weekly pill containers where they commingle with other supplements and they do just fine.
I no linger have joint or back pain. My migraines are under control. No tummy disturbances.

This product is my new favorite daily multivitamin. It has all 72 trace minerals with plenty of calcium, magnesium, and zinc. Size and thickness comparison to a c vitamin.

It is not over the top so youre not really wasting money with all the extra stuff that gets excreted if not used
