I prefer to have the ice pack in fridge instead of freezer i have found it is just too cold while wrapped on ankle even with it being in the pocket on the wrap

Plus mueller is a real company thats been around forever not a distributor of cheaply made foreign knockoff product that look great but start to fall apart after a month

Im guessing that this is a byproduct of whatever material is used to keep the pack from becoming a frozen rock
