Of the three mucuna puriens products i've tried, this one is equally effective, best tasting, and best quality for price. Very pleased with the results of sam'sara's mucuna.
Since discovering this powder, i take it every day, and it helps a lot. It always gives vigor and focus.
Cons
No mention of any of this on the product description. Not sure but stopped it altogether. Just use a protein shaker.

I can stir it into the powder and then add water, tho it does seem to dissolve in the tea.

However, i did the typical man thing and reasoned that if 1/4 tsp is recommended, 2 tsp is 8x as effective.

I realized using large doses of mucuna was the only new factor in the equation.

But i've noticed that with the mucuna pruriens i just end up feeling like eh, it'll be ok, and then i can make a rational decision about whether i have time to deal with it right now, or put together a plan to deal with it in the future.
