Cons
A lot of a white powdery substance, perhaps loose msm powder was scattered all over the capsules in the container. Like being covered in loose sand. This is very poor indeed for a company that seems to have so many positive reviews.

No wonder it is known by lettersi dont think they would get methylsulfonylmethane on the bottles never mind people asking for it

Aside from that i always had a clicky neck all my life
I have polymyalgia rheumatic since i started these tablets two weeks ago i have more movement in my leg muscles
But i am glad to say i was wrongthere is just masses of themwell 360 all in one place does take up a bit of space
My whole visage is lighter and skin more glowy

You cant have too much of sulphur although like anything it should be in moderation

I noticed i could take as much as 2 table spoons per dose of the the flakes
