When i went to check my tires for todays ride there it was a piece of metal that had gone all the way through the tire and out the side circled in the picture i pulled the piece out and my tires still had full pressure

Ive experienced theses flats on other tours in the us but have never experienced the same issue while touring in europe

There is no adhesion though so you have to get them in place and pump up the tire which keeps them in place
