Pros

Instructions are easy to follow, but there are several steps involved. Took me 1 hour 15 minutes from setup through cleanup.

I used the freshest whole milk i could find - (lucerne) from safeway. Bought a gallon of milk (not ultra pasteurized) and decided to give it a try.

Cons

Instructions say you can use pasteurized milk, but not ultra pasteurized. The rennet that came with this kit is old and ineffective.

This kit was not worth the time or the money for all of the hassle. The instructions in this kit are worthless. Read other websites and learn a lot of the pitfalls that could be avoided with better information.
