Mozza's eggplant lasagna is one of the best i have ever tasted. Recipe includes melted leeks, garlic and scallions. Mozza also serves poached tuna and chicken thighs.
Cons
Not even close to the correct time. Waste of time. I hope the other recipes are more accurate.
