The amount of white & static noise the mic produces is pretty darn horrendous even with tweaking levels. The cable is also a bit too short as well which isn't great for doing interviews with.

The cable is thick and well isolated from external noise it just feels robust durable and sturdy
I find them solid certainly robustly built and also they come in a neat pouch that protects them from the worst i can throw at them
These may be among the only ones around with such great build quality
Price
It is a great value microphone and highly recommended specially for public speaking
The sound quality is exceptional especially for this price range microphones
You may need to attenuate them a bit to reduce unwanted noise but they are pretty good for the price
