The arm rest is a little hard sometimes if i lean against the arm rest for too long like couple hours i feel a little pain in my elbow

That being said 4 months after purchase the locking mechanism for the backrest tilt function broke

Looks like the metal itself snapped in a location and not repairable by myself

Its a cheaper ergo chair and not comparable to something like a herman miller so not going to make too much noise about it

The mesh does start out as comfortable but you will experience some soreness or fatigue after a while
