Mountain falls eye makeup remover has an open top for easy pouring and a screw-on cap. It removes my makeup much better than my previous marykay remover.
Makeup remover is gentle on skin and eyelashes. Works on waterproof mascara as well as regular mascara.
It's way more affordable than neutrogena's eye makeup remover. It is slightly cheaper than the neutrogen brand so, for me, it could replace the my eye makeup remover.
Cons
Product is great, yet half the bottle had leaked out during the shipping. It's kind of oily. Too much oil in it.

With this 2 phase liquid does not stay mixed its very important to shake it well before use

Just like the original product that inspired vijon to formulate this mountain falls eye makeup remover soak a cotton pad with the liquid after youve shaken the bottle and soak the eye area concentrating on the eyelashes if youre using waterproof then dab it off
