Update it’s now february 19th 2019 and this cam is still working great

The tripod screw connectors have been improved from the prior 990i model and no longer pull out of the camera when tightened

Removing the sd card from the side of the camera can be frustrating as you cant grip the thin sd card from both sides

Lots of custom settings i really like the aim function you can point the camera and see your shot on the view screen eliminating the day or two of bad pictures getting camera placed right
