A few hundred uf cap on the vcc power side should work ok

The load side seemed very noisy 1 uf and 100 uf nonpolar on the motor side helps with spikes

The only reason im only giving it 4 stars is due to the lack of documentation or even a slip of paper to point you to a website to explain the connections to a noob like me

Dont run your controller off the 5v regulator thats on board as it is very low current

Also it was packaged well with lots of foam and antistatic packaging meaning none of the pins were bent
