Rather than rating the product which i have not been able to use i found out the hard way that this phone is not compatible with a new verizon sim card
According to verizon flagship stores verizon does not have motorola moto g4 unlocked phone on its list approved locked phones so sounds like motorola and verizon have not reached an agreement
Some people have used a workaround by having a verizon flagship store activate a new sim card by using a verizon phone test device to activate the sim card using your current smartphone number and then putting the active sim card in the moto g4
