Its very relieving. This really helps with the discomfort and maybe you don't know you have them till it's too late. Works ok.

Cons

Very unhappy and would not recommend buying this for the above reasons. This product does nothing for me unfortunately. It does not give me comfort like i was hoping for.

This stuff is amazing and works way better than anything you can get at the store

I also tried the other popular brand on here which has lidocaine and phenylephrine and i was surprised to find that this worked better

I even got the nipple balm from the same brand that is also very good
