Easy to install and worked great. Access to youtube install instructions video is very helpful. Quite simple install.

Hinges work well, they are strong and sturdy. They are very durable and it closes really slow.

The hinge holds the lid up when the kids are getting toys out of the box and then closes softly without slamming. This was purchased for a lift-up lid on a wooden toy box for granddaughter.
