Pros & Cons
Pros
Quality is good, it has a very silky texture. Flavors available; yuzu (my fav served with blackberry preserves), edamame and the normal plain type. Absolutely love the texture & versatility.
Shelf stable makes for great emergency option. Pantry option. Aseptic box keeps it fresh quite a long time without refrigeration. Can just sit in the cupboard until you need it.
Cons
It is in no way good for stir frying. If baked, it produces a very unappetizing, rubbery texture.
It's like having a mouthful of partially solidified goo. Nauseating and cringe-worthy.

Since the packs are shelfstable purchasing in bulk is a smart idea
Competitiveness
I might get a bit better price for a different brand but they expire within a week or two and very prone to spoil even in mid temperatures
This was my first go to brand when turning to more plant based meals
