The cases connection with the phone needs to be fairly precise and it starts to not connect properly when there is dirt in the charging port of the phone

Over the years ive cleaned the dirt out of the port so much the contacts inside the phones charge port have gotten mashed back so now my phone doesnt work properly with the charging case anymore because when the phone slides into the case the case connector doesnt make contact with the charging terminals inside the phone

This is my third mophie juice pack case the first didn’t last the two year guarantee

Not only charges the phone while the case is charged in my experience many battery cases dont do this keeps the phone battery topped off while being charged so that when you pull it off both case and phone are both at 100
