Great little door but i found one issue with the weatherstrip seal around the door periphery i had a neighbors cat coming in and stealing food so i set the door for one way in when the culprit got in she couldnt get out and pulled both weatherstrip seals off the door with her claws i used super glue and reaffixed them original adhesive appears to be sticky strip

Giving it 4 stars and not 5 due to poor instructions which were a piece of paper with 4 pictures that didnt really make sense

That was user error though not the cat doors fault

Ended up talking the door off and leaving the hole due to door making noise

But the included 6 1 14 inch screws were too short for my type of installation so had to buy four 6 2inch screws from lowes just because i needed to attach both parts of the cat door to themselves rather than to the patio door
