I love this model, but I guess I have bad luck with power conditioners because I'm 3 for 3. My first was a Monster, which at the time was their top of the line. It had a backlight problem and an annoying transformer hum. I sent it in under warranty and they fixed the light but not the hum. So I sold it and bought a Belkin. The Belkin would randomly not shut off. I had to yank the power cord to get it to go off. I eventually sold it and bought this one. With this one, the alarm activates if the voltage reaches 125V, not the 130V stated in the manual. Also, the wiring and grounding lights randomly don't light or flash, and other times are solid. How can the wiring in my house be okay at certain times and not okay other times? I advised the seller of these issues and was promptly given the option of a return for a full refund or a partial credit. As I really love this model I opted for the partial credit. I went into the menu and turned the alarm off but there is nothing I can do about the intermittent warning lights. I contacted Monster. They literally take a week to respond, which I don't get. If I took an entire week to get back to my customers at my job I'd be looking for a new job. I can understand 1 or 2 days, but 7-8 days is crazy. I don't think Noel would like that if he knew about it. Anyway, we'll see if Monster will help me or not.As for this model, it is a reasonable size, has plenty of outlets, and I like that it has a menu instead of a myriad of switches in the back. I also love the looks except for the fact that the mounting ears are integrated into the face plate and cannot be removed, yet I could remove the rack handles. I had to modify my bookshelf in order for this to properly fit due to the rack mount. The goose neck rear LED light is also handy. My main complaint besides the defects is the lowest setting on the display is still too bright and the only other lower setting is off. Would have been nice if the display was blue instead of red. What other audio products have red displays? It's also cool that this is a Pro model. I like owning things the general public may not have. It makes it that much more special. I would very highly recommend this model, just brace yourself for some possible faults you can probably live with but would prefer not to have. And if you ever need to contact Monster support, pack several lunches.*UPDATE*: After 5 weeks of back-and-forth with Monster, they told me this model was too old to be exchanged and they did not offer a repair option. I replied that I clearly stated the model number in the very first email to them and they should have told me this immediately, not wasted 5 weeks of my time. I asked they forward the email chain to a Manager. Worst service ever. Glad I didn't pay the original over $800 retail price and be told it cannot be serviced. I'll bet they would never give that response to Noel if he needed to get a Monster product fixed in between dusting his exotic car collection which we all paid for. Read Less
