Monoprice sells solid, reliable products for the money, but not this one. This product is a scam. Many other reviewers appear to have had success getting it to work too.

Seems faulty or mislabeled. The plug on this seems to be slightly too large, damaged the ethernet port on my roku ultra, and my tp link deco.
