Pros & Cons
Pros
Great for keto diet. No aftertaste, no bitterness, the closest taste to sugar there, 0 calories and i believe not bad for you. There is no better zero calorie sweetener.
Wonderful product. No problems with using monk fruit.
Cons
Monkfruit in the raw should be labelled monkfruit particles suspended in many layers of cornstarch to make a granular product. This is a bag of maltodextrin which may or may not have monkfruit.
This company should be mortified. Really, really aggravating and misleading marketing. They decline to share the ratio, which tells me not much. I'm no expert, this is just what i learned from google.
