Cons
After the cost of the olive oil to replace the vinegar and the time spent fixing them, these are a loss. These are late harvest peppers. The vinegar throws the taste of the peppers off.

It is hard to buy a container of calabrian peppers that doesnt contain a large portion of the peppers mangles in some way due to their delicate nature

I put it in the food processor with some and oil and salt and made a paste out of it which fit in a small jar and i kept the vinegar in a bottle for different use
