I dont so much notice any change is fussiness or gas problems but when i give it to my baby you can bet there will be a dirty diaper within the next few hours

I cant find a good reason why other than lack of monitoring of product quality and lack of clinical trials proving effectiveness no one wants to do a clinical trial on a product they cant profit from
