Pros

The rubberized bottom works well to keep the pad from slipping on the hardwood/laminate flooring. The grip on hardwood floor is very good and the carpet stays in place. It is a little hard to trim, though.

The rug pad is well made and in my opinion is worth what i paid for it. It is so much better than those stinkin waffle pads! The padding itself seems of good quality, pretty dense and about 1/4 inch thick.

Cons

The pad appears to have a piece of thin wood or another type of object embedded in between the padding material. This object which is about 2 inches wide by roughly 7 inches long makes a hump in the rug and it is definitely noticeable when walking on ... Read More

I loved it so much that i ordered another one to go under a 9x12 area rug for the same reason
