We were worried about purchasing this after reading some negative reviews but we did not experience any of the issues some other people mentioned

Cutting wasnt as big a problem as some of the reviews we read

Then once i got the carpet in the best position on the pad i had to cut the padding to fit as it was about 5 inches too wide which is fine i’d rather have it too big and have to trim it than too small and not fit properly

Adhesion for me is the biggest problem it does not adhere to the floor slides all around

If your rug is rounded or irregularly shaped just order for the same basic lxw measurements and trim it to an inch or two in past the edge of the rug so it lays over the pad and onto the floor otherwise even with a thicker rug you will see the outline of the pad
