Pros
Easy to install and looks nice. All seem sturdy.
I love moen products and this didn't disappoint at all! They are more expensive, but actually work. It matches the other chrome pieces, like towel bar, etc.
The chrome is shiny and flawless. The look is smooth and elegant. No garish gold. Matches rest of the decor well.
Cons
Our 5 year old knocks it onto the floor no matter which way the arm is facing. The toilet paper constantly falls off.

Better than having a spring loaded holder but this one is a bit squeaky when it rotates which isnt very often but it isnt pleasant

Realize the setscrew should be pointing down so you do not see them

I have same one in my bathroom and purchased this one for renovated basement bathroom after installed and looked compare with my 15 years old one this new one looked cheap

Installs easily the screws they come with are garbage though
