Another plus is that the type of phone you are using which might attract unwelcome interest from certain types out there is partially concealed by the halfpouch extra exterior pocket if pouch used as per recommendations when makingreceiving calls

I brought it to protect against radiation as well as to store my phone in my bag however on reading the instructions enclosed it says that whilst technically you could use it to store your phone whilst switched on it is not recommended as the phone will be trying to contact the mast every few minutes and if the screened fabric is between the phone and the mast the battery will go flat fairly quickly

You can try to put the pouch with phone inside in a place where the screened fabric is between yourself and the phone so the phone is connecting through the unscreened side however i have been unable to work out which side of my phone is used for connecting and therefore i found that if i had it in the pouch whilst switched on it would indeed drain the battery so i now need to buy a further case to use to protect my phone whilst switched on

As far as protecting from radiation whilst makingreceiving calls this is the best device i have tried you simply put the phone in the front pouch so that the screen is facing the pouch not towards the front like on the picture and the pouch provides a barrier between the phone and your ear but without affecting sound quality
