Okay helloi bought this product this to solve my problem from the new mac have that i can use as a multiple port at one time but it is not working like whenever i put on charging my mac my external hard drive stop working and in the middle of my work which is so pissing me off i i have to charge first then turn off the charging plug and then i can use my external hard drive

So fix my problem or i am gonna file a case on your start up company

So please change the product and fix it or dont write in your product that it will work everything at a same time which is not happening
