The grind on the bolster of this knife is incredibly uneven. The area where the spine of the knife meets the handle is sloppily ground. The poor craftsmanship and lack of quality control leaves much to be desired.

The knife has good geometry and is well finished on the spine and in the choil

Best knife i have ever owned and used

The blade is very thin so most guards don’t fit

They truly suck at making their products look and feel symmetrical and i’m sure you can see that from my photos and video

I bought it for 129 don’t think i would spend more than that on this knife

Let’s talk about the fact that zwilling priced this knife is at 160 on their website

I cant say that for the price this is a knife you would want to use every day in the kitchen

This is an exceptional knife better than similarly priced knives

I dont think theres a better value from any of the major manufacturers

There are other knives out there that are cheaper with similar build quality and requires less care
