Physiologically i must be on the small side of the earhole spectrum though as i have this same problem with almost all ear budtype headphones

There is virtually no bleedthrough of sound so you can confidently listen to your embarrassing music in a quiet office environment

They are better at noise cancellation than most headphones of this type but they do not really cancel a lot of noise

My biggest complaints are that there is no wired jack option should you need it and occasionally it will disconnect from my phone when my battery is critically low
