There was a tiny hiccup but they went out of their way to fix the issues

It leaked at first but then i disassembled it and reassembled it and realized that the original packaging had misplaced the rubber oring that kept water out

Ive purchased one before but i unfortunately dropped it and it shattered

Ive had to buy two because i broke one but it was 100 my fault because i smashed it into the sink edge while i was trying to clean it

Even so it just ended up with a small crack instead of shattering though it was enough to cause it to slowly leak
