    Evidently hp made some software change which resulted in the need for miroo to update cartridge chips

    I used these cartridges for over a year without any problems and then in september of 2016 i started getting an error message from the printer indicating that cartridge is damaged

    After some online research holding for 45 minutes before talking to an hp customer support representative and input from other amazon customers it seems clear that there was a driver or software update from hp that prevented the printer from printing with nonhp manufactured cartridges
