Pros

Miralax is a great laxative. Safe and effective for constipation. Works reliable, no cramps or loose stool.

It's not for longterm use but it may just be my new weekly routine. Keeps me regular with no unpleasant side effects. This * is also good bc once is passed out of the system leaves no lasting signs.

Cons

Schulze's intestinal formula #1 is a much better product; gentle and more effective.
