Pros & Cons
Pros
Simple to use---only drawback is on the larger animals. No more paying the groomer for nail trims anymore. Well-built - sharp clippers, but indicator ligght seems erratic.
It isn't perfect, but i am still very satisfied with my purchase. It worked for us, i am pleased with it.
Cons
The quick finder is simply not accurate. The sensor is not reliable. Most people that will use this won’t be professionally trained in handling dog grooming and the quick.
The quick finder is very temperamental. It showed green at the base of his nail where, clearly, was unsafe to cut. I have a medium bread hound dog and these couldn't even make a mark on his nails never mind cut them.
