The vest is well padded and comfortable to wear but still fits snuggly. Significantly more comfortable than my old standby, a 25lb plate in a hydration pack.

The color is more blue than the grayish color that the picture makes it look. I'd personally rather have the grayer color but it still looks better than a lot of the other vests out there. This is also washable.

Yes, the vest snugs up nicely, but don't be fooled. It's like trying to put on a straight-jacket. The best sits just above the abs and isn't comfortable for me.

This one little problem kind of ruins the whole thing. The big flaw is in its design.
