Pros

Not having it cover your midsection allows me to do so many more movements with it on. Short design makes my workout more dynamic. Allows me to wear it with a weighted dip belt.

Metal bars are coated to not rust, slide in and out nicely, and not move around. Little pockets for the weights to slip in & velcro shut.

The only negative is that the 60lb capacity vest is advertised as such, when it’s true max weight is only 58 lbs.

Cons

This product is way to expensive to be made that cheaply. Do yourself a favor, circuit train and don't waste a dollar with this deceptive company.

It's just a matter of the lack of padding, the shoddy designed to carry so much weight. Their next answer was buy shoulder pads, lol. The shoulder straps need to be wider to distribute the weight better.
